I thought this was a great recipe. Simp[e to do amend delicious!. I changed things around a bit by substituting red and yellow mini-peppers for the jalapeño and also lightly seasoned the fish with Bay Seasoning before putting into the oven. The sauce turned out to be excellent. I served the dish with lightly sautéed Brussel sprouts and yams. I would recommend this recipe very highly. It really is easy to prepare and together with everything else looks great on the plate.
