I love this. Easy to make. You just have to plan the time it takes to cook the squash. The flavors are delicious and feels healthy eating all the veggies.

This is fabulous!!! I’ve made it several times and shared it with my vegan friends who were quite impressed (I am not a vegan and added chicken which was also delicious)

Easy to make, however fairly plain. Added some extra seasonings and the lemon juice to add flavor and it was still just OK. If I make this in the future, I would likely add chickpeas or something else with sustenance to it.

Really easy and good! I think I would eliminate the walnuts next time maybe. I used spinach instead of kale because it’s my preference.

Used spinach instead of kale very good! Will put into rotation for meals for sure. The combination of roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes and spinach mixed in with the spaghetti squash was so flavorful!

Very good! Used coconut oil and gave it a little more flavor I would definitely cook this again

delicious. had to reconstitute the dried tomatoes for 45 minutes in boiling water. id suggest just using fresh tomatoes for ease jext time. delicious!

Loved this! I used the instant pot to cook the spaghetti squash and then didn't roast then walnuts. I then added some rotisserie chicken
