    Used spinach instead of kale very good! Will put into rotation for meals for sure. The combination of roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes and spinach mixed in with the spaghetti squash was so flavorful!

    delicious. had to reconstitute the dried tomatoes for 45 minutes in boiling water. id suggest just using fresh tomatoes for ease jext time. delicious!

    Loved this! I used the instant pot to cook the spaghetti squash and then didn't roast then walnuts. I then added some rotisserie chicken
