This was good. I think the mushrooms needed some seasoning & I ended up breaking up the noodles

Left out mushrooms cuz hubby doesn’t like. It was good, not great like I was expecting.

It’s amazing! I chose to make my own Alfredo sauce as we don’t like any jar sauce

This was excellent. Next time I might double the Parmesan to have it a bit thicker. Very family friendly, my son cleared his plate.

I used dairy-free substitutions (cashew butter, coconut milk, cashew and avocado based alfredo), as well as almond flour instead of wheat. I enjoyed it, but didn't feel like it was a complete meal on its own. I'm not sure what would work well to add. I'm also not sure if I see the point of taking the chicken and mushrooms out to re-add later. Still, I did like it.

It was good, just by the end it was a pasta dish not a soup but that’s ok, tasted good.
