- 1 bulb garlic (+ optional drizzle of olive oil)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. vegan sour cream (alternatives: 3 tbsp soft tofu or plain non-dairy yogurt with 2 tsp of fresh lemon juice, 2-3 tbsp of almond milk or 1-2 tbsp vegan butter)
- 1/2 white onion
- 10 crimini mushrooms (or small white, sliced)
- 5 Tbsp. brown rice flour
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari)
- 1 tsp. onion powder (each, garlic powder, dried thyme and dried sage)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable stock (start with 1 1/2 cups, add a bit more if it’s too thick)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or more to taste)
