Ingredients

- 15 oz. chickpeas
- 1/4 cup juice (chickpea)
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 3 garlic cloves (roasted)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash cumin
- 1 dash cayenne

Directions
- To roast garlic, I set the oven to 400 degrees and chopped the heads of 3 unpeeled garlic cloves. Then put the cloves in a pan lined with aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil and close off the aluminum. Bake for about 20 minutes. (Your house will smell amazing at this point). The garlic should be easy to squeeze out of the peel but make sure it is cooled down before you squeeze because I learned from experience and burned my fingers….
- In a food choppper or processor add all ingredients.
- Mix until smooth
- Enjoy with favorite vegetables and pita bread or chips!
