    Added some roasted red pepper and Serrano peppers for heat. Also added cheese on a few pieces. Great flavor and even better leftover!

    Stuck to the foil I wish I read the review before hand but easy and tasty!

    Very easy recipe. I should have sliced a little thicker and greased the foil. Eggplant stuck to the foil. But it had a good flavor I will make again
