- 2 heads baby cos (or romaine lettuce, leaves separated)

- 1 cucumber (Lebanese, halved lengthwise, seeds removed, cut into 3-inch-long strips)
- sesame seeds, toasted (Black and white, to serve)
- 1 Orange
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tsp. garlic (grated)
