    Turned out pretty good. I will have to try it again. The duck tasted a little bland without the cherry sauce.

    Delicious. Great flavor, I thought there was too much salt, but it came out to be the right amount. Cut slits in the breast skin, baked the duck 20 minutes on 450 and then 12 minutes/ pound at 350 breast side up first, breast side down for 24 minutes. Doubled the quantity of cherries.

    Excellent. I added my own personal touches to it. For instance I did not have cherries so he’s blueberries instead. I put oranges in the cavity of the duck. I did not put any foil over the duck so it would be crispy.
