I love cauliflower, but didn't care for this recipe at all. Seasoning doesn't compliment, it over powers.

I left it a bit longer in the oven as after 15 minutes they didn’t seem very well cooked and I’m not a fan of super crunch cauliflower, the recipe itself is very good and the taste is amazing. I added a bit more salt and used olive oil instead of avocado oil.

Put that lime on as a last step - it marries all of the flavours together perfectly!

Very tasty! Used olive oil instead of other fats just based on what I had and still turned out well.

A little sour, a little savory - for a healthy side dish, this adds color and flavor.

Excellent.!! What a wonderful way to make cauliflower a really good side. BTW - I don't usually care for cauliflower.

Great way to eat cauliflower. . .husband loved it. I had to use a couple of tablespoons of olive oil instead and used less curry powder, but, overall, it's just a nice combination.
