Really delicious. I also added peeled, seeded cucumber boats, just because I had them on hand and not enough chicory. Coated them also with the marinade. I did cover with oiled parchment paper, pressing it on top of the chicory. So it would roast but keep exchanging the roasting juices. A delicious way to braise chicory, which Ive often done. Now I‘ll only do it with this marinade, its perfect.
