It was very good....I added buttered lemon slices underneath and a little more pepper during the roasting. Great recipe!

The chicken turned out delicious! I added some Adobo to the seasoning, that was for my own taste, but I enjoyed this quick recipe. Very easy and very tasty!

Juicy flavorful chicken! Only things I changed was the lime instead of lemon ( didn’t have lemons) added chili powder & left out the rosemary (didn’t have it either) and it still came out delicious :)
