They were deliciously tender and juicy. My brother was a chef and he would tell me not to baste the meat With its own juices. So I melted an adequate amount of butter to baste. Make sure you get bone-in and skin on chicken breast otherwise they will not turn out as good tasting.

I made this chicken just as the recipe instructed. So easy and so wonderful!! Definitely a keeper.
