LOVE. It’s cheese + roasted cauliflower, so it’s hard to go wrong; still, it’s delicious! I’ve made it many times; it’s a go-to recipe, especially (though not exclusively) in colder weather.

Amazing how a few simple ingredients can come together to make such a delightful (and filling) soup. I used a liberal amount of black pepper and a little more thyme than the recipe called for to get a little more flavor. The soup also tasted great reheated. I’ll definitely be making again!

Very tasty. I mashed it rather than blend as I like some texture. I used 2 cauliflowers as they weren’t very big & it filled up four adults. It’s on the make again list.

I was really surprised how tasty it was! Really easy to throw together too! I used almond milk and shredded cheddar cheese. It’s a keeper!

Very tasty added a little less onion as family don’t like when I add too much onion. Nice consistency and great flavour. Next time I might roast garlic first

Delicious thick soup - I added potato to mine as I didn’t have enough cauliflower. Easy to make and nice added flavour by roasting the cauliflower first.

Great
Added smoked white cheddar to give it some smokiness also put in celery
