Looking for more healthy choices I found this so glad to be introduced to cauliflower rice I just feel better already!

I am a pescatarian and this dish was such a great addition to our baked Salmon. I will make this again & again!!!

Rating it 4-star because the recipe as is, is a bit meh in terms of flavour. I improvised by adding scallions, more garlic and pepper. Plus, some freshly grated parmesan sprinkled on top after baking upped the ‘mmmm’ factor. I cooked for 10 minutes longer than recommended; I used one head of cauliflower & would double the recipe next time. Will make again!

I prepared this in a non stick skillet. I added shredded carrots and roasted cashews. Then at the end I poured on a sesame Asian dressing. It was very tasty.

I really enjoyed this, very flavorful way to make cauli rice. I used frozen cauli rice and added a bit of nutritional yeast. I also used avocado oil during cooking due to its higher smoke point and added a bit of olive oil after cooking. All in all it made for a simple and tasty recipe that I will be making again!

This was so much better than the pan sautéed cauli rice I usually make. This is how I will make it from now on.

So so good but I definitely recommend to just mix the ingredients and then put in a a non stick frying pan instead of in the oven it’s way faster and easier!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this dish! It has a very similar texture to rice making it an ideal substitute. I added some diced vegetable medley to it to add more texture and flavours. Now it is a dish that is frequently requested.

loved this! roasting califlower rice is definitely the best way to cook it. the flavor was excellent.

Really delicious! I upped the juice because I love citrus. Next time I think I'll try it with a different herb, parsley is okay but I think I'd like it even better with a mix of fresh herbs.

Loved it! it I used store bought lemon juice..wasn’t fresh but still turned out awesome. Will definitely be making this again.

The dish turned out well I followed the directions but made two changes. I added shallots and a little bit of seasoning salt. I will make this again.

very good and very quick. the lemon juice may not be for everybody though. I can eat it with or without.

I just ate the rice as is. It was very flavorful and delicious. I will definitely double the recipe next time because I didn’t think this made very much.

Very good! I was surprised that it tasted so good because I’m not a huge fan of cauliflower but it’s all the rage right now and I’ve always wanted to try the “rice” Italian and love garlic. I tasted more garlic than cauliflower 👍🏼 I paired it with fish and it was a good choice! Easy to make too!
