    This was amazing, I love Cauliflower but was bored with just steaming it. Delicious way to prepare it. I could just sit down to a huge bowl of this and eat it as a main dish!

    I toasted it on the stove with 2 tablespoons of butter instead of olive oil. Then added 1/2 cup of water. Boiled for 5 minutes.
