This was my first experience with liver of any kind. I was quite shocked to find it so tasty! I substituted onion powder for the onions and am doing carnivore, so nixed the apples. I had some bone broth left over from the day before, so was able to use that. I roasted it for the minimum (15 minutes). Was so tender and rather delicious! It handled like beef jerky. Great recipe and thank you!
