My husband will not eat cabbage unless it is coleslaw and heavily absorbed in dressing. He like this. I even liked it cold and nibbled on during the day.

Followed the directions but needed to have to cook a little longer the crispy pieces were really delicious there was a pleasant blend of flavors that complimented the cabbage. We made it with pan fried pierogis and sautéed onions

It was really good .I didn't use caraway ,, but it did put on everything bagel seasoning with a heavy hand . The parts that got burt were crunchy and delicious .This has sparked an idea for me to make a crunchy snack.

Didn’t even take 20 minutes. Time was way off. But delicious. Just watch it. I normally don’t eat cabbage and I love this.
Simple and delicious! I don’t care for fennel or caraway, so I left that off.

Saw the picture and just had to yry it. It is as good as I thought. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about the calories. Love the crunch taste because I like it crispy. Will become my main stand by.

Great and easy to prepare. My only adjustment next time I make this would be to add a little water at the bottom of the pan to let the cabbage steam and soften a bit more before it roasts.

This was fantastic! I used olive oil cooking spray instead and topped it with dijon mustard. I served it with roasted red potatoes. I will make this over and over again.

It was a take it or leave it type of food. It’s not something that excites me to make again.
