DELICIOUS!! I don’t know how something so tasty can be so quick and easy to make. I used vegetable broth to make the quinoa and this came out perfect. Added to me recipe collection and will definitely make again.

AMAZING! At first I was a little apprehensive about making this considering it didn’t have that many reviews but I’m so glad I did! I love trying new veggie recipes and this one did not disappoint. I will definitely be making this one again. I made it just as is and it was perfect! Even more than enough for a leftover. Yuuuummm!
