- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 6 tostadas
- 15 oz. refried beans (I like to use black refried beans)
- 1 cup grated cheese (I used vegan cheese)
- fresh cilantro (for garnish, if desired, optional)
- 2 avocados (medium, pitted and scooped out)
- 2 limes
- 1 handful cilantro leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups water
