- 4 lb. butternut squash (peeled and cubed, I like to purchase mine already prepared)
- 2 tsp. italian seasoning (Italian dried herbs)
- 4 Tbsp. brown butter (*see recipe below)
- 2 tsp. sage leaves (chopped, fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds (as garnish, optional)
- 1 cup butter (unsalted, cold, cut into cubes)
