Maybe less coconut more heavy cream. everything else seasoning related is perfection

absolutely delicious made due with what was in the pantry and did not add the ac or maple.

10-22-2021, added 2 carrots, celery, 2 leeks, 2 small potatoes,half a large onion, 1 apple. 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Did not add coconut milk. Delicious

My favorite soup, but I also use it instead of traditional pasta sauce. I added some cardamom, 2 habanero peppers, 1 cup of carrots, and a chunk of blue cheese. Super savory with an undertone kick.
I always do half chicken stock and half heavy cream for a super creamy texture. Blend it like crazy!!!!

Simple instructions to follow but my wife hated it. I liked it but may try a different recipe for when I make this soup next time next time
