- 1 1/4 cups roasted butternut squash
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 lemon (small)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (“vegan”)
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika (plus more for sprinkling)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 sage (large, leaves sage)
- 2 Tbsp. pepitas (roasted, salted)
- coarsely cracked black pepper
