This recipe WANTS to be really, really good. As mentioned in another review, shallots will burn. The second time I added garlic, more shallots and lowered the heat. It's still not perfect, but it's getting closer. Following these particular directions was disappointing, but the dish is flavorful and filling, just burnt.
