- 12 brussels sprouts (large)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (I like mine extra garlicy and use 3 -4)
- 2 Tbsp. red onion (chopped, optional)
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 3 oz. chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (mixed, pepitas, dried cranberries, golden raisins, almonds)
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (optional)
