This was yummy, but I think next time I'm going to give the bacon a head start on the broccoli. By the time the bacon was done to my liking, the broccoli was a bit overdone. The flavors were great, though, so I will adjust and try again. :)

Easy and simple recipe but I love it. I've added zucchini and more garlic to bulk it up.
Usually premake a few bags of the cut up veggies and bacon and heat one up the day I eat it. One bag makes about two servings.
