It turned out good. I left it in the oven a little longer than 20 minutes so it didn’t have that crunch that I like. Will try it again

A classic combination of ingredients and easy cooking technique yielded a delicious side dish. I added a few sprinkles of garlic powder to the baking dish to boost the flavor quotient.

Good flavor and not too salty or oily. The garlic didn't roast much, so might try chopping instead. The greens shrunk more than expected (as always) - could've used a second bunch for 3 servings.
