i added lemon spray to the roast. turned out delicious and well cooked with out the soggy steamed texture.

I melted butter and mixed it with seasoning before placing in a buttered pie pan in the oven but absolutely amazing!

Very good and very easy! I added sliced onions and a few pieces of while garlic and it turned out amazing. Will make again.
