- 2 baby romaine (hearts)
- 2 cups salad (mâche, or mesclun greens, if you can't find mache)
- 1/4 cup red currants
- raspberry vinaigrette (recipe below)
- 2 1/3 all purpose flour (divided)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup sweet butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 lemon zest (only)
- 1 orange zest (only)
- 1 1/2 cups hazelnut flour (toasted)
- 1 cup all purpose flour (with salt.)
- 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup canola oil
