so delicious! even my son, who supposedly "hates" cooked vegetables ate these! part of our weekly menu now 😋

I used regular carrots just sliced them o half. This was a great side dish for a light healthy dinner. Also I took it easy on the garlic powder as I find using too much makes it too salty.
