- 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed. Tip: bend the asparagus towards the bottom and the woody stems will easily snap off.)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, in a single layer.
- In a small pot, heat olive oil, garlic and onion powder on medium low heat until garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Pour olive oil mixture over asparagus. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast asparagus in oven for 8 minutes, until asparagus is bright green.
