    The taste was delicious! I modified it a little I didn’t have fresh garlic, so I used granulated and melted the butter in the microwave. I also had to bake for about an hour, but my chokes were definitely big. Using those mods in a pinch worked great. I also basted with butter after the flip. 😉

    I followed the directions exactly and It came out great. Tasted wonderful. I will try with olive oil next time.

    Wonderful flavor! I will cook mine a little longer next time. Ovens vary so check for tenderness with fork.
