    This is very good. I've made it twice, and the second time I used delicata squash instead of acorn squash because the skin is more tender. Definitely better with delicata.

    The mixture of squash and Chile lime vinaigrette is stupendously horrendous!!

    a little to spicy for my taste and like spicy. make sure to use an air bake pan.

    made this 4 a change of pace from maple syrup,honey, cinnamon, clove type of sweet squash recipes. Really dynamite! very interesting, and DELICIOUS!......and ez,to boot. You'll be eating the skin, so don't forget to give the squash a rinse b4 u cut them up. As u know, most of the vitamins r in the skin.......just a bonus. I'll b making this many more times.
