- 2 shallots (chopped fine)
- 8 oz. mushrooms (sliced, about 2 cups)

- 1 1/2 cups artichoke hearts (about 10, quartered, defrosted, and drained)
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary
