- 1/2 tsp. fresh minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic (minced – or use a garlic press)
- 1/2 cup baby portabella mushrooms (or fresh button, sliced ⅛-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper (sliced thinly lengthwise)
- 1/4 cup bamboo shoots (rinsed and drained of excess water)
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts (sliced, rinsed and drained of excess water)
- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine
- 8 oz. chinese roast pork (Cha Siu, sliced ⅛-inch thick)
- 4 cups bok choy (large white, cut into ¾-inch wide x 2-inch lengths)
- 1 Tbsp. regular soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. oyster sauce
- ground white pepper (Freshly)
- 1 cup snow peas (washed with the ends trimmed)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with 1 tablespoon water)
