My apples didn’t caramelize well for some reason. I’ll try it again with larger slices, they just got mushy. I’d also use a skinnier cut of pork next time, the center was a little bland but the outer rub area was good.

Yummy! The perfect combination of pork, apples and sage! Throw in some potatoes and carrots! A great meal!
