Really good roast chicken. I want to tweak a few things including slightly more butter on chicken as well as adding the garlic from in the chicken to the gravy.

This turned out amazing! I smoked it on the pellet grill and it was fantastic.

This turned out deliciously! The steps are really helpful if you’ve never roasted a whole chicken before. My boyfriend and I loved the onions in the gravy they really boosted the flavor. Super straight forward- we’re looking forward to making this dish again.

The best roasted chicken I've ever made! It had wonderful subtle flavors from the herbs and every piece was juicy and delicious! This will be my "go-to" chicken recipe from now on! Everyone loved it!
