- 1 bunch broccoli stems (trimmed and peeled)
- 2 carrots (peeled)
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lemon (zested, about 1 tbsp. and juiced, about 3 tbsp.)
- 1 rotisserie chicken (1 1/4 lbs., cut into 8 pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. capers (drained)

Directions
- In a food processor fitted with the shredding disk, grate the broccoli florets and stems and the carrots.
- In a large bowl, whisk the buttermilk, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the broccoli and carrots; toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the chicken and the broccoli slaw among plates. Sprinkle the slaw with the capers and lemon zest.
