I had leftovers from Thanksgiving, so I used cooked diced turkey and turkey gravy. I had frozen corn in my freezer so I used corn. I added 1/3C diced grilled onions and Italian Seasoning to the hot meat mixture. I added 1 egg to the baking mix and milk along with ground black pepper and garlic powder. This is such an easy recipe to make, use substitutions and add a few extra things. I will make pot pie frequently using this basic recipe and jazz it up a bit with what I have available.
