These were delicious.
i forgot to get Ritz crackers, so i used Panko Bread Crumbs.
I doubled the dry and wet ingredients.

This was a huge hit and so easy to make! definitely a keeper in our house! Loved the ritz cracker coating as opposed to panko bread crumbs, Served with salad, mashed potatoes and corn.
