- flaked almonds (to decorate optional)
- 350 grams frozen cherries
- 400 mL water
- 80 grams caster sugar
- 2 Tbsp. squash (High juice blackcurrant)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. potato flour (or cornflour)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ice cold water
