- 1/4 cup millet flour (finger, ragi)
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1/3 cup sugar (can add up to 1/2 cup for sweeter bread)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp. nigella seeds (and more to sprinkle on top)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup ghee (melted)
- 3/4 cup plantain (fully mashed ripe, best to use a processor or mixie)
