Super quick snd easy recipe using a handful of staple ingredients. I made it vegan by using soya cream but would work using oat cream too. Served with a side of couegette, olive and pine bit salad.

I added Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper to the sauce. I used a four cheese Italian blend instead of plain parmesan. It was delicious. Nice and creamy sauce
