- 3 Hass avocados (large ripe, halved, seeded and peeled, they have to be ripe!)
- 1 limes (large or 2 small, juiced)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 onion (a small, diced, I normally use a red onion)
- 1 jalapeño (large, seeded + chopped, leave some of the seeds in for a little heat)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (quartered)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped, or more to your liking)
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)

Truly easy and absolutely delicious! I always serve it with fish burgers in a pita pocket.
