- 1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 cups tomatoes (coarsely chopped, seeded)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
