Delicious little, high-protein pancakes with a subtle sweetness.
A great way to finish leftover ricotta. Quick and easy…..and no eggs required!
I will definitely make these again.

There really wasn’t a binding agent in the ingredients and that made them super crumbly and they didn’t turn out well as pancakes but more like crumbles. The flavor was great, sweet and cheesy but rather dry too.
