- 1 pinch grated nutmeg (freshly)
- 6 prawns (Large shell-on raw)
- 375 grams cuttlefish (Cleaned, cut into 2cm wide strips)
- 150 mL chicken stock (or water)
- 100 grams peas (Shelled, fresh or frozen)
