- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Orange (– the fresh squeezed juice and also the zest, separate)
- 1/4 tsp. Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. furikake
- sea salt (course, – for boiling water)
