- 1 tsp. almond extract

- 350 grams plain flour (scant 3 cups)
- 75 grams ground almonds (1/2 cup + 2tbsp)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 10 cardamom pods (finely ground seeds)
