Used as a substitute for a brown rice, it worked. Instructions were easy to follow. Simple. Flavor comes from main dish.

simple & delicious!
I ate a good cup before placing it in the serving bowl with a light sprinkling of fresh herbs minced on top.
I did salt the water after coming to a boil & then added the grated cauliflower.
Blanched only 2 minutes.
