- 1 cup flour (can be gluten free)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 12 oz. riced broccoli (defrosted)
- oil spray (for frying)
- crepes (Parchment sheets for separating completed)
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 lb. cremini mushrooms (or white, sliced)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (chive, can be vegan)
- 1 1/2 cups milk (can be vegan)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup sliced green onion
